Consultation
The cause of the brow loss and the condition of existing hairs are examined. Some conditions that cause eyebrow loss may require treatment; the decision to transplant is made after the examination.

Facial hair transplant
A delicate transplant in which the brow line is drawn to suit facial proportions and single-hair grafts are placed at a very shallow angle.
An eyebrow transplant is performed on sparse, short or patchy brows, usually with single-hair grafts taken from the back of the scalp. Eyebrow hairs grow upwards at the start of the brow, sideways in the middle and downwards at the tail, lying almost flat against the skin. For this reason, the design, angle and direction matter in an eyebrow transplant as much as the number of grafts.
From consultation to month 12

The cause of the brow loss and the condition of existing hairs are examined. Some conditions that cause eyebrow loss may require treatment; the decision to transplant is made after the examination.

The brow line is drawn with you to suit your facial proportions and reviewed in the mirror. Hair direction is marked for each area.

Fine, single-hair grafts are selected from the back of the scalp. They are implanted into the brow area one by one, at a very shallow angle and in the planned direction.

The brow area is moisturised and washed according to instructions; make-up and brow shaping should wait for the doctor’s approval.

The scabs come away in the first week; temporary shedding may occur in the first months. As hairs from the back of the scalp may keep growing longer, regular trimming may be needed. The final appearance is generally assessed between months 6 and 12.
