Linvara · Istanbul

Let’s plan your hairline together.

A calm, attentive hair transplant and hair health journey in Istanbul that begins with a doctor’s assessment. Transfer, accommodation and interpreter coordination for international patients.

Our approach

Every plan begins with an examination and the right questions.

A hair transplant is made up of a series of technical decisions: the capacity of the donor area, how well the hairline suits your age and facial proportions, the direction and angle of each graft. At Linvara, our doctor makes these decisions together with you, and it is the examination that determines whether the procedure is suitable in the first place. So that you know every step in advance, we have set out the techniques, the procedure day and the recovery timeline openly on this site.

Simulation

Visualise your plan before your examination

Five tools work together in one flow: select your hair loss stage, see an estimated graft range, design your hairline on a photo, explore the recovery timeline and sketch out your trip. All of them are illustrative; the final plan is made after a doctor’s examination.

  1. 01Hair loss stageChoose your Norwood or Ludwig stage on schematic diagrams.
  2. 02Graft estimatorAn estimated range based on area, donor density and hair calibre.
  3. 03Hairline designPlan the line and area on a photo using draggable points.
  4. 04Recovery timelineWhat can generally be expected at each stage, from day 1 to month 12.
  5. 05Travel plannerArrival, consultation, procedure and departure days in one itinerary.

Why Istanbul

A planned journey of a few days, in the city where two continents meet

Istanbul is reachable by direct flights from Europe, the Gulf and Central Asia. A hair transplant usually fits into a three- to four-day programme; during that time we meet you at the airport, settle you into your hotel and arrange all your appointments through a single coordinator.

Doctors and team

The doctor makes the plan; the team carries it out together

Drawing the hairline, opening the channels and implantation decisions are the doctor’s responsibility. The surgical team, patient coordinators and interpreters work together at every step of that plan.

Frequently asked

The first questions on your mind

Short answers to the most common questions about choosing a technique, recovery and travel.

See all questions
Which technique is right for me?
The technique is chosen by the doctor at your examination, based on the structure of your donor area, the stage of hair loss, your hair type and your expectations. Some plans combine techniques.
How many grafts will I need?
It depends on the recipient area, the target density and donor capacity. The graft estimator gives an approximate range; the exact number is determined at the examination.
How long does the procedure take?
Depending on the number of grafts and the technique, it usually takes 6–9 hours, with breaks.
What will I feel during the procedure?
The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia. There may be a brief stinging sensation while the anaesthetic is given; what is felt afterwards varies from person to person.
Which languages do you communicate in?
Turkish, English, Arabic, Russian, German and French.
How can I find out about costs?
After your assessment, your personalised programme and quote are sent via your chosen channel. Prices are not published on the site.
