You have the right to receive information, in a language you understand, about your state of health, the procedure to be performed, possible risks and alternatives.
Consent
Medical procedures are carried out with your informed consent; you may withdraw your consent before the procedure begins.
Privacy
Your health information is confidential; your photographs are used only for the purpose you have authorised.
Applications
You can submit your feedback and complaints to the clinic’s patient rights unit and to the relevant official channels.
